Hello! My name is Ashley Gardner, and together with my husband Daniel I founded Printable Wisdom in the summer of 2012, initially on Etsy and then on our own e-commerce site. I’m the designer and Daniel is the “behind the scenes business guru” guy. Our focus is on typographic and hand lettered designs that turn words into works of art.
Along the way, I’ve learned how exciting running a small business can be, and love sharing my tips, tricks, and bumps in the road you should avoid! Collaborating with creative business owners inspires my own work and spurs me on when I’m feeling stuck.
This blog has a focus on hand lettering (of course!) and cultivating creativity. We also will discuss small business advice that is particularly applicable for creatives and product-based business owners.
